Pat B. Burgin, founder of Bellflower Mountain Bakery, grew up in a food–celebrating family in the Piedmont area of South Carolina.  Her maternal grandfather was in the wholesale food business in Georgia. 

She took her family heirloom recipes and did her own fine tuning.  The family loved the updated versions.  After a few years as a baker for a gourmet restaurant, a caterer, and an inn, she decided it was time to let others enjoy her baked goods. Her husband, Jim, retired from a career as a healthcare manager and joined Pat in her vision. 

In 2009 Bellflower Mountain Bakery was born.  EXCEPTIONAL baked goods.  One taste and you’ll agree.
